Rubber Expansion Joints
Rubber expansion joint with a Single spherical shaped arch & double spherical shaped arch allows pressure to exert uniformly in all directions thus reduces the force exerted on equipment's and pipeline systems. This unique shape and longer length allows greater compression, expansion, lateral and angular movement. This special shape minimizes water hammer, noise transmission and enhance vibration damping. It is most widely used to protect pumps form shocks, vibration and noise transmission. And provide greatest pressure, temperature and movements.
Metal Expansion Joints & Hoses
Metal expansion joints are compensating elements for thermal expansion and relative movement in pipelines, containers and machines. They consist of one or more metal bellows, connectors at both ends, and tie rods that depend on the application. They are differentiated according to the three basic types of movement: axial, angular and lateral expansion joints.
Metal hose is a flexible metal line element. Braided hoses can withstand high pressure and provide maximum leak tightness on account of their material. Corrugated hoses also exhibit corrosion resistance and pressure tightness under the most extreme conditions, such as in aggressive seawater or at extreme temperatures such as found in space or when transporting cooled liquid gas. They are particularly well suited for conveying hot and cold substances.
Air Spring & Suspension System
Air spring, load-carrying component of an air suspension system used on machines, automobiles, and buses. A system used on buses consists of an air compressor, an air-supply tank, leveling valves, check valves, bellows, and connecting piping. Basically, an air-spring bellows is a column of air confined within a rubber and fabric container that looks like an automobile tire or two or three tires stacked on top of one another.
